RFP Submission

After the consultation, you will complete an online Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP includes providing your company census, payroll register, workers' compensation declaration page, plan design page of your health benefits, and a current invoice for your health insurance.

Information Review

Once the submission is received, we’ll usually have additional questions for you, and all this information is key to helping us find you the best PEO matches. One of our ExpertPEO team members will reach out to you to confirm that all your information is accurate and answer any additional questions you may have. If you have problems compiling this information, help is just a phone call away.

Comprehensive Analysis

ExpertPEO will complete a comprehensive analysis to identify the most suitable PEOs for your business and then, at your earliest convenience, present our findings. This involves recommendations tailored to your specific needs and a detailed cost comparison between your current arrangements versus the cost of working with a PEO.

Presentation of Findings

After our analysis, we’ll present our recommendations, including tailored PEO options and cost comparisons. We have significantly streamlined what could be a month-long process on your own. This means you only need to complete one application, minimizing the need for multiple meetings and an abundance of paperwork.

What Happens Next?

Formal Enrollment

Once you've chosen a PEO and entered into an agreement, the next step is formal enrollment. ExpertPEO will assist with all the details and manage any changes if you reconsider your choice. We are your advocate and partner throughout the entire process, from start to implementation, and beyond.
